The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences announced today the winners of the 74th annual Technology and Engineering Emmy Awards presented in April. See list below.
The awards are presented to a living individual, company or scientific or technical organization for advancement and/or standardization of engineering technology that either represents such a great improvement on existing methods or is so innovative that it has had a significant impact on television.
The award ceremony will take place on Sunday, April 16 at the National Association of Broadcasters Convention in Las Vegas.
“The Technology and Engineering Emmy Award was the first Emmy Award presented in 1949 and laid the foundation for all subsequent Emmys,” said Adam Sharp, President and CEO of NATAS. “We are thrilled to once again honor these distinguished individuals and companies in partnership with NAB, where innovation, technology and excitement meet in the future of television.”
