Brad Pitt taunted photographers during a photo call for his new film Babylon at the Grand Rex in Paris on Saturday.

The 59-year-old actor, who cut a dashing figure in a black suit, leered at the camera flashes and threw his hands in the air before posing for selfies with a drag queen.

He waved to viewers and pointed to the film’s title on the press wall and was soon joined on the red carpet by the film’s director, Damien Chazelle.

Brad wore a white bracelet and completed his look with a pair of black shoes.

Set in 1920s Hollywood, Babylon follows the rise and fall of several ambitious dreamers, including characters played by Brad and Margot Robbie.

Bullet Train star Brad plays famous actor Jack Conrad, known for his party lifestyle, multiple marriages, affairs and divorces.

Becoming Nellie LaRoy overnight, Margot (32) weaves her way through the industry by destroying herself through drugs, parties and sexual encounters.

Written and directed by Damien, the film sees the character Manny Torres (Diego Calva) enter the high-profile world and fall in love with Nellie.

It begins with a wild celebrity soiree filled with sex, drugs, nudity and booze that ‘The Wolf Of Wall Street’ actress Margot dubbed a ‘party slash orgy’.

But despite both Brad and Margot being some of Hollywood’s biggest stars, the pair admitted they weren’t at such a wild party off screen.

‘So wild? No,” Brad joked to USA Today when quizzed, and his Australian teammate echoed his thoughts.

“I’ve been to some wild parties, but not on the Babylonian scale. It’s different,” agrees Margot.

The film features a sensational cast that includes Tobey Maguire, Olivia Wilde, Katherine Waterson, Phoebe Tonkin and many more.

And while reflecting on the filming, Margot recently revealed that she hugged her co-star Brad in an off-screen scene and told E! News: “How else am I going to get a chance to kiss him?”

Explaining the kiss, she shared, “It wasn’t in the script, but I was like, ‘When else do I get a chance to kiss Brad Pitt?’ I’ll just try. It was great!’

The blonde beauty also shared a hug with co-star Katherine Waterson, but added that she wasn’t sure it would make the cut.

The highly-anticipated raunchy film pushed boundaries and even had the cast worried about the amount of nudity – and whether it was allowed to be shown.

Speaking about the film as a whole, Margot admitted: “When I read the script I was like, ‘It’s like La Dolce Vita and Wolf of Wall Street had a baby – and I love it!’

“But I was like, ‘Can we show it?’

“There were so many scenes where I was like, a) I have no idea how to do this and b) can we get away with it?”

Babylon opened on December 15, 2022 in Los Angeles and was released in the United States on December 23, 2022 by Paramount Pictures. The film will be released in UK cinemas on 20 January 2023.
