According to PEOPLE, Chrissy Teigen has given birth to her and John Legend’s third child.
The legend confirmed the baby news when she appeared at a private concert on Friday night and told the audience that he and his wife welcomed “the baby this morning”.
“What a blessed day,” the singer said, adding that while he “didn’t sleep much,” he felt “energized” after spending “a lot of time” by Chrissy’s side in the hospital.

Chrissy announced on Instagram that she is expecting her third child in August and posted a photo of her blooming baby bump. The happy news came almost two years after she and John lost their son Jack at 20 weeks pregnant.
In her announcement, Chrissy described the last few years as a “blurring of feelings” following the loss of Jack and the subsequent struggle to conceive through IVF. Now her house is full of “joy” again.
“The last few years have been a mix of emotions to say the least, but joy has once again filled our homes and hearts,” she began in the post.

At each appointment I told myself, “Okay, if it’s healthy today, I’ll announce it,” but then I breathed a sigh of relief when I heard a heartbeat and decided I was just too nervous.
“I don’t think I’ll ever leave an appointment with more excitement than nervousness, but so far everything is perfect and beautiful and I feel hopeful and wonderful. Ok Phew, it was really hard to last that long!’
