It’s morning and I’ve finished my workout and have time to go to the sauna quickly,” she said in the video.
The clip was titled “The G.Tox 7-Day Reset Kit Day 2”.
“So I’m drying here today,” as it was said, she brushes dry for 15 minutes every day.
“Otherwise I did it right before the shower. But I like to do it before the sauna,” she said as she dried her legs.

“It’s incredibly exfoliating and invigorating and feels like it’s helping to get the blood flowing, like it’s bringing blood to the surface of the skin to really get that detoxification process going,” explained the Oscar winner.

Katy added that another good sign is that “dogs and babies” love the English hunk.
