Nicolas Cage, Lisa Marie Presley’s third husband, paid tribute to the star on Thursday at the age of 54 following her tragic death at the age of 54.

Cage, 59, who married Presley in 2002 and divorced just three months later, said in a statement that he was “heartbroken” by the loss, but believed she was now reunited with her son Benjamin Keough, who is due in 2020 at the… Alter died died by suicide from 27.

Presley died Thursday after suffering cardiac arrest at her home in Calabasas.

She was rushed to the hospital in critical condition and reportedly slipped into a coma after going into “complete cardiac arrest” shortly after complaining of abdominal pain, according to TMZ.

Her mother Priscilla, who was by her daughter’s side, said in a statement: “It is with a heavy heart that I share the terrible news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us.

“She was the most passionate, strongest and most loving woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to process this great loss. Thanks for the love and prayers. There will be no further comment at this time.”

Lisa Marie’s death comes just two days after she was photographed with her mother at the Golden Globe Awards at the Beverly Hills Hilton, where Austin Butler won a best actor award for his portrayal of her father in Baz Luhrmann’s Elvis .

Sources told TMZ that Lisa Marie was found unconscious in her bedroom by her housekeeper and her ex-husband, Danny Keough, with whom she lives, performed CPR until paramedics arrived at the home.

The source added that “at least once, someone at the scene administered epinephrine” — better known as epinephrine — to help Lisa Marie get her heartbeat back.

Epinephrine, or adrenaline, is given to treat many life-threatening conditions, such as cardiac arrest, asthma attacks, and allergic reactions.

The LA County Sheriff’s Department told Dailymail.com: “Deputies from Lost Hills Station responded to a call for assistance issued by the LA County Fire Department near the 9500 block of Normandy Drive in Calabasas regarding an adult female, approximately 55, directed due to a medical emergency / woman called not breathing.

“The adult female was transported by the LA County Fire Department to a local hospital where they remained in the hospital’s care.”

The official would not confirm if the person is Lisa Marie, who turns 55 next month, to which hospital the person was transported and what was administered.

The Hollywood Reporter reported that firefighters responded and were able to extubate the woman before she was taken to West Hills Hospital.

Photos have emerged of Lisa Marie’s mother, Priscilla, 77, rushing to hospital an hour after news broke of her daughter’s medical emergency.

She was seen running quickly to the entrance of the hospital where her only daughter was being treated.

Lisa Marie was a singer and songwriter and is survived by three children, including 33-year-old actress Riley Keough. She had a fourth child, Benjamin, who committed suicide in 2020 at the age of 27.

Days before her death at the age of 54 from cardiac arrest, she looked shaken as she walked the red carpet at the 2023 Golden Globes, where she supported the film Elvis.

In the clip, Lisa Marie turned to boyfriend Jerry Schilling, 80, and said, “I’m going to grab your arm” while being interviewed by extra host Billy Bush.

She seemed to speak slowly and double-tongued as she answered questions about movie star Austin Butler and the storms and floods in Southern California.

Bush asked her if she had met Butler, after which she told Schilling, “I’ll get your arm,” and crossed her right arm with Schilling’s left.

In the chat, Lisa Marie said she thought Butler nailed the “features”. [and] speak without caricaturing it, as has been done in the past.’
