We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss. Thanks for the love and prayers. There will be no further comments at this time,” she added.

Priscilla’s rep later emailed a separate statement to Hollywood life on the sad news. “Priscilla Presley and the Presley family are shocked and devastated by the tragic death of their beloved Lisa Marie. They are deeply grateful for everyone’s support, love and prayers, and ask for privacy at this very difficult time,” the statement read. Nicholas and Lisa were married from 2002 until their divorce in 2004.
