In the brand new trailer, Kyrgios (27) laments the feeling of “pressure” to be the best in the business.
“The expectation that I’m going to be the next big thing is huge,” he says.
The camera cuts to a disappointed Kyrgios sitting head in hands in a dressing room before an explosive moment on the court at the Australian Open.
Kyrgios slams his racket on the ground, an incident not unusual for the moody sports star.
Other scenes see him getting cozy with his incredibly supportive girlfriend, Costeen Hatzi, before seeing his double and best friend, Thanasi Kokkinakis, get punched in the chest.
The first episode will follow Kyrgios and Kokkinakis’ incredible run to the Australian Open doubles title.

At the end of the trailer, Kyrgios rubs his hands and claps excitedly about the production of the anticipated Netflix documentary.
“A little Netflix series and shit,” he says. “Let’s do it baby!”
Driven by the success of their Formula 1 fly-on-the-wall series, the same production team followed 15 of tennis’ brightest stars on the ATP and WTA tours last season.

The first five episodes, focusing on Melbourne Park, Indian Wells, Madrid and Roland Garros, will be available from January 13. The other five episodes of the season – covering Wimbledon, Eastbourne, Queens Club, the US Open, WTA Finals and ATP Finals – are out in June.

Kyrgios’ bitter rival Stefanos Tsitsipas is also part of the series along with several big names such as Iga Swiatek, women’s no.1, Casper Ruud and Felix Auger-Aliassime, women’s no.3, and Ons Jabeur, women’s no.2.
The series also includes interviews with tennis legends such as Martina Navratilova, Maria Sharapova and Chris Evert.
Surprisingly, neither Rafael Nadal nor Novak Djokovic appear in the new schedule as the streaming giant seeks a “changing of the guard” in tennis.
