The day was all about Barbara Streisand, but when Chris Martin attended the singer’s 80th birthday party on Monday, she seemed less theatrical than Roxy Music-inspired.
Her friend Dakota Johnson was joined as she helped the Coldplay star celebrate the milestone where they attended a small celebrity guest gathering at Streisand’s home in Malibu.
Chris, 45, wore a T-shirt that read Love Is The Drug, the title of the iconic 1975 single by British band Roxy Music, on a hot day in the Southern California area.

In accordance with the health and safety rules, he covered his instantly recognizable features with a mask, while gray jogging pants and a trucker hat completed his look.
She and her friend Dakota (32) wore a button-up white sundress with orange flats and a black sweater over her shoulders in the cold season.
The famous couple, who have been together since 2017, spent about two hours at Streisand’s house on the day of the celebration.

Chris and Dakota have largely kept their four-year relationship out of the limelight, but the American actress has shed some light on their romance lately.
Speaking in the new issue of ELLE magazine, the movie star admitted that she likes to keep their relationship out of the way, acknowledging that most of her parties take place at home.
She said: “We’ve been together for a while and go out sometimes, but we both work hard, it’s nice to be at home, intimate and private. Most parties are held at my house.

Chris recently sold the beautiful Malibu home he shared with Dakota Johnson for $14.4m (£10.7m).
The sale comes a little over a year after purchasing the property for $12.5m (£9.3m) in October 2020.
He made a staggering $1.9m (£1.4m) profit from the sale, “reporting that he bought another house a stone’s throw away” for $14m (£10.5m) with more privacy.
