1. Keenan Cahill was a YouTuber

Keenan started his YouTube career over 10 years ago in 2009. Over the years, he has garnered a huge following of more than 700,000 subscribers on the video sharing site. People loved him for making hilarious lip sync videos and later started making his own music of him. Some of his tracks include: ‘Rain’, ‘Saying Goodbye’, ‘Here and Now’ and others. His most recent release was ‘Rain’ which he released on December 8, 2022.

2. He has collaborated with many celebrities.

Besides making solo videos, Keenan was known for featuring many iconic celebrities on his YouTube account. Some of his early videos featured cameos from not engaged Actress Julianne Houghrap singer 50 centselectronic duo LMFAOand even DJ “Who’s That Chick” David Guetta. In 2011, he invited Julianne on her YouTube show to dub the song “Footloose” with him and many of her fans were obsessed with it. I love Julianne inside dancing with the Stars! For Keenan’s 16th birthday, he even got a pop icon Katy Perry to make a special birthday tribute video for him which he posted on his account. “I heard you’re turning 16 and it wouldn’t be a sweet 16 if I didn’t tell you how much I adore you,” the “Firework” singer said at the time. The 38-year-old told the late YouTuber that she “loved” her videos of her songs “Teenage Dream” and “ET.” Later, Katy ended up going to her concert to perform a song together.

Sadly, Keenan was battling several health issues which led to his death in December 2022. He has been very open about his health battles online and even revealed to his fans that he would be having open heart surgery on April 15, 2022. “ Open heart surgery is one week away Wish me luck, love you guys,” he captioned a Dec. 5, 2022 post. Later, on Dec. 12, he revealed the date of the surgery. December is the date of the operation,” he posted on Instagram.

4. He died on December 29, 2022

Just over two weeks after Keenan revealed the date of his surgery, tragic news broke that he had passed away. your administrator, David grahamconfirmed the news of his death tmz extension on Dec. 30, 2022. He reportedly told the agency the musician underwent open-heart surgery as scheduled, but there were “complications from the procedure.” Lui also revealed that due to complications, Keenan was “put on life support” and died in a Chicago hospital shortly after being taken off life support on December 29, 2022.

5. The star was loved by her fans.

Following news of his death, many Keenan fans took to the comments section of his YouTube and Instagram videos to mourn his passing. “Childhood Memories on YouTube. Fly free in the eternal sky,” one fan wrote, while another chimed in: “RIP Keenan thanks for the laughs and smiles you’ve brought.” A third Instagram follower wrote about how much he loved the late online personality during their youth . Rest in peace you were someone I loved as a child. sad to hear the news of his passing. Thank you for being able to put smiles on thousands of faces over the years. rest assured Keenan,” they wrote.
