There were two reassuring faces in the front row on Wednesday night as Katya Jones once again showcased her acting talent during a stage production of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

The Strictly Come Dancing pro has swapped Elstree in Hertfordshire for Manchester’s Middleton Arena, where she stars as the evil queen in a pantomime rendition of the classic 19th-century tale.

And she was in good company in her recent performance alongside former show partner Tony Adams and finalist Helen Skelton as the Russian dancer concluded her nine-day run at the Rochdale venue.

Audiences loved it when Katya took the stage as Snow White’s evil stepmother, whose obsession with being “the fairest of them all” leads her to hatch a murderous plan.

The pantomime opened on November 29 with Britain’s Got Talent finalist Lucy Kay as Snow White, West End star Will Breckin as The Prince and Molly Marsh as The Fairy.

Katya signed up as the Evil Queen from December 19, shortly after the latest series of Strictly Come Dancing finished.

Her panto stint comes as she searches for love on dating app Raya after being single for three years following her divorce from ex-husband Neil Jones.

In October, her Raya profile read: “I believe in people. Creativity is my food. passion for sustainability. A little crazy too.”

Katya and Neil were married for six years and split in 2019 following the Katya and Seann Walsh kiss scandal – although they insisted it had nothing to do with the end of their marriage.
