Cat Deeley has shared photos from a summer holiday in Canada with her two sons following her split from ex-husband Patrick Kielty.
The 49-year-old presenter of ITV show This Morning posted pictures of herself with Milo, 10, and James, seven, as they spent time together during the school break.

The family flew to Canada for a trip to Nimmo Bay Wilderness Resort, where they stayed in a wooden cabin and enjoyed activities including canoeing, swimming, and boating.
Deeley shared snaps showing herself hiking through woodlands in a top, shorts, and trainers, shielding her head from the sun in a baseball cap.

During the resort stay, the television star captured local wildlife across the lake, including a black bear on the other side of the water and a starfish.
She also posted a selfie smiling with two women who joined them on the trip, alongside snaps of Nimmo Bay robes and slippers in their cabin and one of her son eating popcorn.

Lawn Mowing and Hyde Park Date
Before the holiday, Deeley made the most of the British summer break from her presenting duties by doing a spot of gardening at home.
She shared an Instagram post showing herself wearing a skimpy black strapless bikini while mowing her lawn on an electric lawnmower, before posting a snap of herself unwinding in her swimwear with an ice cold beverage.

The post followed a recent outing in London with film industry boss Charlie Coleman, an executive at Amazon MGM Studios.
The pair were seen putting on a tactile display at British Summer Time in Hyde Park during a concert by Lewis Capaldi, where Coleman affectionately placed his hand on Deeley's shoulder as they giggled together.

Dating Status and Relationship History
In May, it was reported that Deeley was open to dating again, almost a year after revealing her split from 55-year-old Kielty.
A source told The Sun that the presenter was feeling more ready to get herself back out there and was living life to the fullest with her nearest and dearest around her.

The source said: "She is open to dating again, definitely, but it has to feel right. She wouldn't go on apps because that's just not her style, well maybe Raya one day, she's not totally closed off."
"She likes the idea of what's out there, a bit of flirting, a bit of fun, without any pressure," the insider added.

Deeley announced her divorce from Kielty in a joint statement in July 2025, confirming they had decided to end their 12-year marriage and would remain united as parents.
The couple had sparked speculation that they had split four months earlier in March, when Deeley was absent from the funeral of Kielty's mother in Ireland.

From Fame Academy to LA Move
Deeley and Kielty first met in 2002 while hosting the BBC talent show Fame Academy, but they did not become a couple until ten years later.
Deeley previously explained how Kielty turned their friendship into a romance by flying from Belfast to Los Angeles, where the Birmingham-born star hosted American show So You Think You Can Dance, to take her out for a celebratory brunch.
The pair went public with their relationship in May 2012 and married during an intimate ceremony in Rome in September of that year.
The former couple lived in California for a decade, starting their family in Los Angeles and welcoming their second son James in 2018.
They returned to the UK in 2020 due to Deeley's keenness to be closer to her family, alongside their disillusionment with life in Los Angeles following a terrifying gun incident.
Deeley has presented This Morning alongside Ben Shephard since 2024, after the ITV show underwent a presenter shakeup following the departures of Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.
