Brooks Nader had a surprising confession about her love life at the 2026 Emmys. The Baywatch star told Keltie Knight during a joint interview with her sister, Sarah Jane Nader, that despite playing a bombshell lifeguard on screen, her real life is a lot less racy.
"A sex symbol who never has sex, great," Nader said during Live From E!: 2026 Emmys on Sept. 14. The 29-year-old paused to reconsider the admission, adding, "Am I allowed to say that?"

Nader plays Selene, a lifeguard, in Fox's reboot of the classic 1990s drama Baywatch, which originally starred David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson as lifeguards patrolling a fictional California beach.
Sisters at the Emmys
Nader did not bring a date to the ceremony, held at the 78th annual Emmy Awards and hosted by Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star Mariska Hargitay. Instead, she attended with her sister, Sarah Jane.

"We're being wholesome," Nader said, "good family girls."
Her red carpet look told a slightly different story. Nader wore a figure-hugging red gown with a keyhole cutout at the bust, prompting her to joke that she was "headed to church, gonna say some prayers."

Missing the Baywatch swimsuit
Nader also revealed she left one favorite piece of her Baywatch wardrobe behind on set: the show's iconic red one-piece swimsuit.
"I can't take the suit home," she said. "Baywatch, can you loan me one? Like, it's my whole personality. Anywhere I go, I should be wearing a red swimsuit."

Sarah Jane's Dancing With the Stars debut
Nader is not the only sister with a big television moment this month. Sarah Jane is set to compete on season 35 of Dancing With the Stars alongside professional dancer Hailey Bills, with the season premiering Sept. 15.
Dancing With the Stars pairs celebrities with professional ballroom dancers to compete for a judges' vote and viewer support each week, a format the ABC competition series has run for more than two decades.

Asked if she felt ready for the premiere, Sarah Jane admitted the rehearsals had already taken a toll. "I mean, I'm so sore," she said. "Ask Brooks, I literally hobble home every day."
"But this is like the most insane pregame for my first show," she added. "I've never been to the Emmys. It's the most exciting week ever."

A family affair
Brooks said their parents were flying in to support Sarah Jane's Dancing With the Stars run just as they support every milestone in the family.
"Our parents are so supportive of everything we do," Brooks said. "They're in L.A. now because you know our whole Beverly Hillbilly clan will be front row at Dancing With the Stars. We don't miss anything, not even the opening of an envelope."
"Like, we're there for everything, and so they're just excited," she added. "They're so excited about tonight. They're sitting there on the plane, tuning into the Emmys, and it's just all so exciting."
