Olivia Attwood walked out of an operating theatre shaken after watching her friend Bobby Norris undergo a facelift procedure in Istanbul, Turkey. The former Love Island star, 35, returned to television screens with the latest series of her ITV docuseries, The Price of Perfection.

Tuesday's episode focused on individuals travelling abroad to have cosmetic procedures done, particularly in Turkey. Attwood followed TOWIE star Norris, 39, to Istanbul as he prepared to undergo his first facelift.

During one of his final consultations before the operation, Norris revealed the procedure would include "face, neck and trimming up the eyes." He also asked his surgeon to remove buccal fat from his cheeks.

Norris noted that while he was not paying for his surgery, he was covering other costs including travel and food. He already had future trips planned, stating, "Turkey gets a really rough deal but they kind of just give their customers what they want."

Attwood attended the theatre while Norris went under the knife, but observing the procedure proved too much for her. In graphic scenes, his skin was seen being removed from the muscle in his face.

Attwood told the camera, "I'm struggling to watch it. I don't know. It's so weird, all the surgery I've watched. I literally can't watch that." She walked out of the room, adding, "It's the first time ever I've walked out of theatre. I think it's completely disarmed me. I didn't expect to find it so difficult, my hands are like, shaking. I don't like it."

Recovery and Reactions

Later in the episode, Norris sent Attwood a video clip to share his progress in recovery. Attwood gasped and was visibly shocked at the sight of her friend, as the clip showed his incredibly swollen face, which left him looking completely unrecognisable.

Attwood said to the camera, "Wow. How can you deal with that in a hotel on your own? Far away from where you live, family and friends because I couldn't. Oh Bobby, what have you done?"

Surgery History and Fillers

On Tuesday, Norris joked he had become the male Katie Price as he revealed he has undergone surgery nine times. He decided to undergo a face and neck lift and eye-bag removal earlier this year after a "decade of abusing fillers", having spent over £50,000 on them.

Speaking on Good Morning Britain, Norris said, "I'm really transparent about the things I'done. I think in this industry, rather than saying things are down to moisturisers and products, I'd rather document it and show people. I think a lot of people think surgery is cheating but there is a recovery to it. It's not a quick easy thing. I think it's important to be really honest."

Norris added, "It's going to be strange to watch because they filmed me having it done in theatre. I don't know how I'm going to feel watching myself completely knocked out. I think I've had about eight or nine operations."

Bobby recently joked that he was turning into Katie Price (pictured). The former glamour model has had around 40 procedures over the years including 17 boob jobs and six facelifts

Show presenter Richard asked if he was turning into Katie Price. The former glamour model, 48, has had around 40 procedures over the years, including 17 boob jobs and six facelifts.

Norris replied, "A lot of people compare me to Kate. She's like me though, we're very open about it and honest, because we do document it. I don't see a shame in it. When you have a platform and a profile, I think it's important to be honest and show the reality. I'm not embarrassed or ashamed of it."

Discussing his recent operations, Norris said, "In terms of the last surgery, I had my face done and then my neck done whilst I was there because you're not going to put old wheels on a new car." He added, "I had my eyes done because I'd had the upper blepharoplasty which were my top eyelids the year or two years before. Then I did the lower. Whilst you're under why not get it all done, I think."

Reasons for Procedures

Norris stated that he had stretched his skin so much after a decade of abusing fillers. He added that he "doesn't know" why he has the surgery and cannot diagnose himself as having body dysmorphia, a mental health condition where a person spends a lot of time worrying about flaws in their appearance.

Norris said, "I get offered a lot of surgery and treatments, everything I had done was for a reason." He had previously undergone a nose job early in his career and an upper eyelid lift two years before his facelift.

When asked by Richard if part of it was being scared of ageing, Norris admitted he was as he counts down to his 40th birthday.
