American singer Beyoncé Knowles-Carter has launched Restoring Lash & Brow Builder, a daily conditioning serum created by her beauty brand Cécred to promote thicker eyelashes and eyebrows.
The product was announced on Tuesday as the latest addition to the 44-year-old artist's cosmetics lineup, offering a daily treatment intended to leave facial hair looking denser, fuller and more voluminous.
According to clinical testing data shared by Cécred, participants using the serum twice a day for six weeks experienced 1.4 times more visible density and thickness compared to their baseline appearance. The trials evaluated a panel of 30 participants to measure the visual impact of the formula over time.
Formula and key ingredients
The new serum relies on a combination of active cosmetic ingredients designed to nourish hair fibers and protect surrounding skin. Key components include Biopeptide-5, an exclusive blend of five essential peptides known to visibly improve overall hair density.
The formulation also contains bioactive keratin ferment, a fortifying agent that reduces hair breakage, provides a protein infusion and repairs damage using healing humectants. In addition, biotin is included to support natural keratin production, which serves as a vital structural protein for healthy hair growth.
To support the skin around the eyes and brow line, the serum features allantoin. This ingredient hydrates and calms the skin while strengthening the cutaneous barrier surrounding the eyelashes and eyebrows.
Application instructions and routines
Cécred recommends applying the serum twice daily to achieve the best results. Users are instructed to begin with clean, dry eyelashes and eyebrows before applying the product directly along the lash line and across the brows.
The formula should be left on without rinsing, allowing it to dry completely before applying any eye makeup. Regular application morning and evening helps maintain consistent contact with the hair roots and skin.
Beyoncé is one of the world's best-selling music artists and entrepreneurs, having built a multi-industry empire spanning entertainment, fashion and beauty. She founded Cécred as a hair and beauty care brand centered on science-backed formulations and hair health, expanding her business footprint into personal care products.
