Russian tourists are being offered autumn packages to Belarus starting from 17,000 roubles, according to the Association of Tour Operators of Russia.
Analytic estimates published on the official website of the industry organization show that the minimum price for a two-day autumn ground program starts between 17,000 and 20,000 roubles per person. For a three-day itinerary, minimum pricing starts between 24,000 and 26,000 roubles per person.

Specialists from the association indicated that these package prices typically cover hotel accommodation, meals provided according to the tour program, local transportation, and guided excursion services. However, analysts noted that the cost of travel to and from the destination is not included in the package, meaning tourists must pay for their own train or airplane tickets separately.
Booking requirements and early November demand
To secure a wide selection of accommodation, industry experts advise holidaymakers that bookings need to be made at least one month in advance. Tour operators report that tourists are already actively buying up travel vouchers for trips scheduled at the start of November, which coincides with an annual public holiday weekend in Russia.
Belarus, located along Russia's western border, operates a visa-free regime for Russian passport holders, making it a frequent choice for short autumnal breaks, city sightseeing in Minsk, and regional travel. The Association of Tour Operators of Russia represents major commercial travel companies across the country, regularly tracking retail tour prices, lodging availability, and consumer booking patterns for domestic and international destinations.
Turkey velvet season hotel packages
The pricing details for autumn trips to Belarus follow earlier reports regarding luxury holiday options in Turkey during the early autumn velvet season. Booking a five-star hotel package in Turkey for two people during this period starts from 173,000 roubles.
For example, two adult travelers departing from Moscow between September 11 and September 13 can spend seven nights in hotel accommodation along the Aegean Sea coast in Marmaris within a total budget of up to 200,000 roubles.
The velvet season is a term widely used across Eastern Europe to describe the early autumn travel period when Mediterranean and Black Sea climate conditions remain warm but summer heat subsides. Marmaris is a resort town on the Aegean coast of southwestern Turkey, known for its marine bays and coastal hotel infrastructure catering to international tourists.
