– Balance is the first and main principle of the actress’s lifestyle. He eats according to the 80/20 system, where 80% is healthy and wholesome food and 20% is everything else. But despite this, Nicole does not deprive herself of her favorite dishes. According to her in an interview with the Los Angeles Times, she eats almost anything, but in moderation.

– Food and a healthy relationship with yourself. It’s not always possible to stick to a healthy diet while traveling, but that doesn’t mean you should blame yourself. The actress is sure that you should not get hung up on such trifles, so she always takes an additional complex of vitamins and minerals on her trips to compensate for the possible lack of nutrients in the diet.

– Minimum alcohol. The actress practically does not drink, except in special cases. It treats alcoholic cocktails with great care, as they have hidden calories.

Nicole and her husband Keith Urban own a farm in Australia. Therefore, staying there, the actress always tries to include fresh dairy products, fruits and eggs in her diet.

For breakfast, she likes to make an omelet with a slice of fresh bread and jam from her own garden. In one of her interviews, the actress said that homemade freshly baked bread is her personal weakness, which she cannot deny.
