“Frame of the face”, “new lips”, “main focus” – many odes are devoted to eyebrows, and they are all one thing. The correct bend, shade and shape of the eyebrows really changes a person, harmonizes facial features. Also, not every girl can create an ideal figure without the help of masters. The main thing is not to get carried away with tweezers and follow the five rules.
Step 1: Define your natural eyebrow shape
In order for the eyebrows to look harmonious according to the proportions of the face, you need to determine their shape correctly. There is a basic correction scheme used by masters. The eyebrow has three main points – the base, the break and the tip. By finding them, you can determine the form.

– Mentally draw a vertical line from the tip of the nostril upwards. For convenience, attach a brush or pen. The place where the line intersects the eyebrow is the base. Mark this place with a pencil.
– Draw a second imaginary line – from the tip of the nostril to the outer edge of the iris. So you will find the highest point of the eyebrow – the bend.
– The last line from the edge of the nostril to the outer corner of the eye will help define the tip of the eyebrow. Correct this place by making a small mark with a pencil.
Repeat the same process for the second eyebrow and connect the three marks with straight lines above and below. In the next step you will get a contour that will help you understand which hairs to remove and which to leave.
Step 2: Remove the hairs

There are several ways to remove hairs – thread, wax and tweezers. We recommend stopping at the latter. This is a classic way that does not require special skills and much time.
Look at the outline of the eyebrow – the hairs outside can be removed. To do this, pull the skin in the temple area with one hand, and with the other hand pull the hairs in the direction of growth (so that the follicle is not damaged).
Some brows recommend setting a 15-minute timer and lowering the tweezers when it rings. The truth is, getting eyebrows is very exciting and you can’t always stand on your own (checked personally). After the procedure is complete, apply a cold compress to the area near the eyebrows. This will help soothe redness and relieve swelling.
Step 3: Trim your eyebrows

This procedure is not always justified. If you have naturally docile brows that are easy to style, feel free to skip this step. Hair is only worth trimming if it is too long, coarse and naughty. And it is better to entrust this procedure to the master. However, if you are still confident in your abilities, keep a few tips.
– It is best to cut your hair in front of the window during the daytime. In general, just like all the previous steps.
– Use nail clippers. They are small and have a curved tip. Before starting the procedure, be sure to disinfect it.
– Trim only the hairs that stand out strongly from the eyebrow. Cut them one at a time at an angle (so as not to block the light) and 1-2 mm above the contour line.
– Check the result constantly and do not get carried away with the process. In this case, it is better to cut less.
Step 4: Find your shadow

It is a step that those with naturally dark thick eyebrows can skip. Remember five simple rules:
Eyebrows should not be darker than the hair. The ideal shade plus or minus matches the color of the roots. The exception is blondes, but they should not darken their eyebrows by more than two tones.
– As with foundation, if you are in doubt between two similar tones, choose the lighter one.
Don’t forget to consider your skin tone. The colder it is, the warmer the color of the product should be.
– After choosing the right color, do not rush to buy it. Sebum can darken the pencil, so take a little test drive on the back of your hand to see how it works on your skin.
– The color of the hair should not be uniform. It is always lighter at the base of the eyebrow than at the tips. Therefore, there are two options here – combine products of several shades or shade one well.
Step 5: Choose the right product

Just three products are enough to create perfect eyebrows – a pigmented product, a clear gel and a shading brush. The main task is to choose the one that suits you.
– It will be enough to comb and fix thick eyebrows with gel. Transparent will create a more natural effect, and the color will visually make the hairs thicker and voluminous.

– Felt-tip pens or liners are products that have become especially popular today. It is suitable if your eyebrows are thick, but there are gaps in some parts. It will be easier to draw individual hairs and fill them with a thin felt-tip pen.

The pen is a classic. It will help the eyebrows to be clearer and brighter. The most convenient option is an automatic pen. It will always be sharp, so you can forget about the sharpener.

– Eyebrow shadows are suitable for creating a softer effect. The tool should be applied in small strokes with an angled brush, shading in parallel.

– Eyebrow pomade is a two-in-one product. It has a bright pigment and high durability due to the wax in its composition.

When the right product is chosen and the makeup is ready, it’s time for the finishing touches. Blend your brows with a brush for a more natural effect and style with a gel for more hold.
