“Exercise more” are the words we tell ourselves at the beginning of every December. However, due to heavy workload and perhaps a little laziness, the promise cannot be fulfilled. This year, we suggest changing the tradition and celebrating the holidays with a beautiful and healthy body.

Yana Reprintseva, founder of stretching and fitness studio Reshape, told us what exercises you can do at home to get in shape quickly. And the “I don’t have time” excuse won’t work. The daily workout takes just ten minutes. Then quickly open the carpet and move forward.


Monday: Exercise focusing on abs and hips


Tuesday: Good posture


Wednesday: A set of mobility exercises


Thursday: Yoga practice


Friday: Fat burning class focusing on hips and abs


Saturday: Relaxation exercise


And on Sunday, get some well-deserved rest or repeat your favorite exercise you did throughout the week.
