9 tips to start a new lifestyle

What would you say to someone who is unhappy and wants to have a different lifestyle?

May he follow the commands of his heart, be brave and change his life† Eye, don’t fool, at night. I believe that any change should be considered (and discussed if necessary) in advance. I remember in my third year of architecture the desire to change… I asked my parents and you can already imagine their answer: “But daughter, you are in the third year from home, you are a good draftsman, after all the trouble, you don’t have to, there’s nothing left…”.

It was a difficult emotional moment in my life, I saw in my fellow students a passion that I didn’t feel (wrong, comparing myself to others. Don’t compare yourself to others, look inside yourself), the happiest moment of the day before I went to the gym, went running or doing stunts.

My personal decision was to finish the education with pleasure and do other things that amused me† Though perhaps another person would have chosen to leave the race and start all over again; I thought I was not going to feel good leaving the race and I would probably regret it later.

What have I done? I was given the title Free Time Monitor to work with teenagers; She also works as a flight attendant and technical drawing teacher. I trained every day to visualize my future as a coach with the instructor who taught me.

In 2010 I took an air technique course and went to a casting at Circo Rogelio in Barcelona to live the experience ha ha. They would take me with them until I told them I was an architecture student and was going to Milan on Erasmus in September.

For some of the things mentioned above, I don’t think I asked my parents for permission or opinion.what’s the point of living without enjoying?† In another article I will continue to tell part of my personal story. Now I am going to give you some tips to increase your happiness based on my experience:

  1. Sports, sports or training.
  2. Do more of what you love. Find your hobbies.
  3. Set your goal and work on what you like, how you like it.
  4. Be patient and push yourself a little each day without being too hard on yourself.
  5. Take action. Don’t look for perfection in everything you do, you learn from mistakes.
  6. Meditate, visualize and dance with your fears.
  7. Ask for help from those who have achieved the life you want.
  8. Vibrate in love, abundance and positivity.
  9. Be decisive and ask for forgiveness.

While some of your dreams may seem utopian right now, I assure you that you can achieve anything you set out to do. All my life I have worked hard and sacrificed a lot to achieve my goals without having all the knowledge of the world or even too many financial resources. I am going to emphasize point 5 because it helps me a lot.

Being imperfect and giving myself a time limit to complete tasks are 2 things I learned when I started my business in 2019. Perfection paralyzes us, time passes and life is now. Therefore, do not look for perfection in everything you do; try to do your best with the resources you have today.

learn to flow and not being too demanding on yourself because not everything always needs a structure and often flows in what we do us great ideas and good results.

They are little things that my mentors recommended to me and I encourage you to apply them.
