
The last month of spring has delighted us with novelties for the summer season – sunscreens, radiant products and new procedures to make the skin even brighter. But the brands did not stop there.
Russian manufacturers continue to amaze us not only with new products, but also with whole series. Perhaps the brightest event in the domestic beauty industry in May is the release of Elena Krygina’s moisturizing cream. It took more than a year to develop, but the way the skin is cared for is the best justification for the time spent. Natura Siberica has launched a new line of antioxidants based on northern black caviar extract. And Carely now owns an intimate cosmetics brand.
Overall, we’ll have something to try this summer, and now we move on to the monthly recap.


For the second anniversary of the ANVIL fitness club, founded by basketball player Nadezhda Grishaeva, a special program was broadcast at the world-class SPA salon ANVIL Total Relax. It includes exfoliation, Thalasso Bretagne wrap (sea minerals and algae-based cosmetics) and full body massage. The whole procedure takes 150 minutes – during this time the body has time to relax and get the necessary nutrition for the skin.


Two new procedures have appeared at the GEN87 clinic – Skinova Pro and Glow Flow. So, about each in turn. Skinova Pro is an ultrasonic procedure for instant skin transformation. The technology is painless and does not require rehabilitation, and the result is noticeable the first time, so it is often recommended to do it before important events. Glow Flow is a new light technology from Israeli manufacturer Alma Lasers. It is also called the “seven wonders of the world” because the procedure promises seven effects at once – rejuvenation, combating pigmentation, removing vascular pathologies, brightening, lifting, improving facial contours and narrowing pores.


Until this month, the Japanese brand Annayake was only known in Russia for its facial care products. But there were also fragrances in his collection. Now eau de toilette and perfumes can only be tasted in Golden Apple. The main concept that permeates the entire fragrance collection is simplicity, conciseness, comfort and harmony.


A new brand of intimate cosmetics, Louder, has appeared in the portfolio of the Russian company Carely. The brand already has three series in its collection – Before, At the time and After. The first is the preparatory part, so it includes two products – moisturizing gel for intimate hygiene and erotic oil for massage. The second – a warming and exciting intimate cream that can be used during sex. The third consists of a soothing cream against dryness in the intimate area and is intended for sensitive care.


Nannic is a Belgian professional cosmetics brand that has been in the global beauty market for over 25 years. The new sunscreen spray also protects against UV radiation and age-related skin changes. Such a multifunctional tool will definitely come in handy this summer.


We’ll probably keep the innovative Ilona Lunden until the fall because it’s a ten percent exfoliant based on tartaric and lactic acid. The first has a strong exfoliating effect, and the second, on the contrary, is aimed at moisturizing the epidermis. The tool itself promises to even out micro-relief and skin tone by increasing its radiance.


At the end of last year, Elena Krygina launched the first line of skin care cosmetics, which includes micellar water and two tonics – soothing and exfoliating. And now, it’s been refreshed with a long-awaited moisturizer. Its formula is squalene based. This is a component similar in structure to skin lipids, therefore it is quickly absorbed and enhances the protective functions of the epidermis. It also has a secret cooling ingredient in its formula that rejuvenates the skin and makes it even more radiant.


The collection of the Russian brand of organic cosmetics has a new line of anti-aging skin care Royal Caviar. Each product is based on northern black caviar extract, Matrixyl® 3000 peptide complex and extracts of wild Siberian herbs. It’s already interesting to try this antioxidant combination on the skin, don’t you think?


French cosmetics company NAOS, which also includes the Bioderma brand, has developed the Medi-secure principle. It is designed to help patients with certain skin conditions resulting from certain diseases and treatments. These include cancer, diabetes, and dialysis. The skin of such patients needs special care. Based on the principle of medi-secure, Bioderma has launched Atoderm Xereane and Cicabio Restore to help the skin of cancer patients.


When we saw the new Garnier serum, we immediately thought of the black masks that were popular a few years ago. Most often they were homemade – from gelatin and black charcoal. Therefore, the main ingredient of the new serum is the same charcoal supplemented with four percent concentrations of AHA and BHA acids and niacinamide. Charcoal is consistently responsible for detoxification and blackheads, niacinamide for smoothing and soothing the skin, lactic acid (AHA) exfoliation and hydration, and salicylic acid (BHA) for normalizing the sebaceous glands.


Sensavi clinic is the first clinic in Russia to introduce a new Ultraformer ultrasonic SMAS face and body skin lift device with MPT (Micro-Pulsed Technology) technology. It surpasses its predecessors not only in the speed and quality of patient care, but also in pain reduction. In addition, the device has a red carpet mode, which is suitable even for young skin.

Independent French laboratory SVR offers two summer must-haves: Spray-veil SPF 50 and after-sun milk. The first has an ultra-delicate texture that absorbs quickly but is resistant to water and sweat. Aloe Vera-based gel-cream melts into the skin and cools nicely.


The panthenol in the composition of the product, as well as its light texture, sounds like something incompatible. But that’s exactly what’s combined with the PurPur Beauty glow in milk. It simultaneously moisturizes, repairs and gives the skin a delicate glow. Milk is available in two colors – gold for darker skin and silver for fair skin.


The Italian brand has only two new products for colored hair. Products are aimed at simultaneously preserving color, restoring strands and giving them shine. The shampoo is suitable for all scalp types and has a hypoallergenic formula.


Spray products are on the rise. For example, Russian Lifecode recently launched its new product – a multifunctional spray serum. It combines hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, Aloe Vera gel and collagen. Therefore, the tool performs several functions at once – toning, moisturizing, restoring and protecting.


The first patches of the brand, released in cooperation with the network of manicure and pedicure salons “Fingers”. “Vanilla” patches are presented in the official online store of the brand and “Fingers”, which has 72 outlets in Russia only.


The main ingredient of the serum is fullerene. These are carbon nanoparticles, which are currently considered the most powerful antioxidants.
