It seems like an almost impossible feat, but the star opened up about her lifestyle hack that lets her have fun while she chats with HollywoodLife. com in an EXCLUSIVE interview. Katie Lee has revealed that even after losing at least 55 pounds gained while pregnant with her daughter Iris, she’s still living WeightWatchers-style! “I relied heavily on WW to lose that weight after my pregnancy… I find it amusing, because today there is first the pressure to lose the baby weight and then there is the pressure now too, not to mention the wanting to lose the baby weight… And no, I think there is nothing wrong with wanting to feel like myself again and wanting to wear my old clothes, so WW has really helped me achieve that,” she explained Ambassador WW.

“Now I’m more into maintenance, but I trust her too, like she’s on vacation. We just had a week in the Caribbean, I wasn’t counting the points, I did whatever I wanted to do, put on a few pounds and then I went home, counted the points and went back to where I was.” continued Katie Lee. ” It’s there for you and it’s a way of life.Not the D-word!

The kitchen The star added that WW has allowed her to form a “healthy relationship with food,” especially since there are so many “ground zero” foods on the show that she loves, like fruits and vegetables. “My grandmother always said: ‘Eat fruit before noon!’ That’s all she would have. She believed it because she thought it was good for her digestion, so my mornings for years started out like this,” recalled Katie Lee. “I love big bowls of fruit and I don’t feel like giving up anything. elegant breakfast. And I like to eat a big salad for lunch. I call it my spout salad. Vegetables are zero point foods too. So WW really encourages you to eat healthier foods and get all the antioxidants, vitamins and minerals in your diet.

As a chef, Katie Lee obviously has an immense love of food, trying new things, trying new recipes, and sometimes the thought of a “diet” can get in the way. However, she has found that her lifestyle doesn’t include “giving up” on anything. “Last night I was out for dinner with three friends, who love food and love to eat, and we were going to one of my favorite restaurants and I knew we were going to have a great meal. So yesterday I paid attention to my breakfast and lunch, mostly ate zero, went to a pilates class and went for a long walk and it was really good… I think it’s all about balance” , she explained. ‘I don’t do it every day, most days I eat like everyone else!’
