Gisela Bosque, Sephora’s national makeup artist, has the keys to making the most of this makeup trend.
“The highlighter is applied along the edge of the jawbone and then blended lightly,” explains the Sephora pro. “But be careful because this technique emphasizes what you already have, so in the case of round faces you need to create the light effect on the cheekbone and around the external orbital bone of the eye, along the central line of the nose and into the cupid’s bow ”, warns Gisela Bosque.
The expert points out that “it is better to complement it with a natural look” no make-up: fresh skin, softly defined eyebrows, rosy cheeks and rosy lips,” advises the Sephora professional.
“It’s important not to use products that are too shiny or too pearly: skin should look moist and fresh, as if it just came out of a spa,” says Bosque.
