Peruvian imitation show Yo Soy returns to Latina TV on Saturday, August 8, at 9:00 p.m. with a new season for 2026. The popular competition features returning judges and an updated hosting team for its latest broadcast.
Judges Ricardo Morán, Jely Reátegui, and Carlos Alcántara return to evaluate contestants throughout the season. Presenter Franco Cabrera hosts the show alongside actress Alicia Mercado, who joins the group following the departure of former reality television star Diana Sánchez.
Host changes and season structure
Sánchez stepped down from her hosting role for personal reasons, stating that she intends to focus on her home and family in the near future. The new season begins with casting and selection stages before moving into live galas to determine the top imitators in Peru.
