Russian television presenter Victoria Bonya called Rolls-Royce employees rats in a YouTube vlog after buying a 50 million ruble vehicle.

The social media personality completed the purchase of the luxury motor car for half a million euros, equal to 50.15 million rubles, despite experiencing poor customer service at the dealership.
Bonya told viewers on her online channel that dealership staff treated her poorly during her visit to order the vehicle. She said one female employee ignored her request and failed to return her phone calls or messages, while another staff member prohibited her from filming the display cars for her video channel.
The influencer expressed outrage over the treatment, stating that workers at the company acted like rats. She explained that staff members claimed the vehicle she intended to buy was already sold, only for her to discover later that the statement was untrue and the car remained available.
