Marianne has been released and is a new suspect!
Marianne is in custody. Anna comes to visit him in her cell. Anna asks him if he killed Malik, he answers no but says he hit him. Marianne doesn’t want to talk to the police about the attack so they don’t suspect Anna. Anna tells him to do this.
Marianne later mentions this to Martin and Lisa, explaining to them that Anna has sworn not to say anything to her. Two police officers believe Marianne killed Malik. He also reveals to them that Karim was unaware of Malik’s sexual assault on Anna.
Karim tells Anna that Marianne has been released. Martin and Lisa come to arrest Anna and Karim because they want an interrogation with them.
Lisa questions Anna about Malik’s attempted rape, thinking that Anna killed Malik either to avenge the attack or to not go and talk to Karim about it. There are no photos from the evening Malik died.
Martin informs Karim that Malik tried to sexually abuse Anna. Karim tells him that he did not know about the attack.
Chloé regrets not having Christmas dinner with her family because Anna and Karim are questioned by the police. Alex tries to comfort her.
Lisa and Martin brief the case and Delcourts has an alibi. They were all together at the time of the murder. Anna will be released.
Anna is released and Karim blames himself for not being there for Malik after his attack. Chloe came to get them.
Victorire and Amel come to the police station to celebrate Christmas with Lisa. Martin arrives and Lisa tells him she found something. William was in the music room just when Malik was killed because in one photo we see William holding a glass of whiskey, the only glass that can be found in this room.
A Christmas Eve like no other
Charlie tells Christelle that François has booked a hotel room for the holidays. Christelle pretends she’s not upset that Charlie isn’t spending the holidays with her and Sylvain. After Charlie leaves, Sylvain joins Christelle and tells her that she’s disappointed that Charlie didn’t show up.
In Spoon, Sylvain and Christelle are upset that Charlie won’t be spending New Year’s Eve with them. Mona overhears their conversation and invites them to her New Year’s Eve party with Nathan and Georges. They accepted.
Charlie and François discuss New Year’s Eve. The Morenos had another plan and texted Charlie that they were going to eat at Mona’s.
Georges is wrapping a gift.
Everyone celebrates New Year’s at Audrey. Someone knocks on the door and Damien is on the doorstep dressed as Santa Claus, Audrey lets him in and is happy to be there.
All heroes celebrate Christmas Eve.
The Morenos are surprised to see Mona, Georges and Nathan, and Charlie and François arrive, because François has finally been booked for Christmas 2023.
At Delcourts, everyone celebrates the New Year by dancing, singing, drinking and eating.
Aurore has been searching for William’s mother since his release.
