Samia, Billie and Vic are waiting for Enzo at the Circle, but he wakes them up by saying he has an emergency at the pop-up restaurant. Samia and Billie realize that this is an excuse and that Theo doesn’t want to be a part of it anymore because of his departure. Vic remains optimistic and promises to bring them back.
Lisandro takes such good care of Anaïs. He confesses to her that he is happy that everything is going better between them.
Theo is looking for new ideas for his Madrid dessert. But all his offers are very wisely accepted by his father. Annoyed, Theo suggests that he call Axel, who is definitely his first choice. His father is surprised and says Axel was definitely creative for the first year, but he wasn’t ready for such competition.
Théo asks his father why he forced him to work with him. Emmanuel sends him off by pointing out that he doesn’t want bread, so it’s his choice. He reminds that he can take Mehdi, Salomé or Enzo instead.

At Double A, Lisandro faces a customer who complains about his cocktail. To Jasmine’s biggest surprise, he doesn’t get along with her and openly criticizes the woman before she falls into his arms. Indeed, Helena is an old friend and world champion in mixology.
Hortense worries about Theo and Vic’s closeness. He wants to warn Teyssier that his sister is dangerous, but Mehdi discourages him from getting involved.

Theo doesn’t like Axel suggesting ideas for dessert. She shouts that she doesn’t need him and asks him to leave his kitchen. Teyssier comes and asks what happened. When he sees a preparation of Axel, he asks him for the recipe. When Theo attacks him, saying that he always wanted to work with his nephew, his father kicks him out of the project and takes on Axel instead.
