Hortense prepares to leave for Bordeaux. His sister comes to help him. Mahdi finds a stamp on the ground. Hortense assures that this is a pill from potassium therapy.

Lionel teases David about his love song for Deva. Solal arrives and discovers to her horror that her friend has told David that she is in love with Rose. Solal says that according to Süleyman, the master’s director is not satisfied with Antoine. He is convinced that something is going on between them. He plans to go to see her to declare his love.

Hortense’s mother warns Teyssier that she has stopped replacing Constance to return to Bordeaux to care for her daughter. She gets angry when she says she hopes she can return to the institute soon. She insists that her state of health may not allow her to continue as before.
