Vitaa, whose real name is Charlotte Gonin, has been one of the indispensable artists of the French scene for 15 years. In 2006, her career took off thanks to a collaboration with rapper Diam’s she. The two artists are a hit with the title “”.night confessions”, where Vitaa tells about her past as a cheated wife.
Today, the mother of three pursues a brilliant career and collaborates with artists such as Claudio Capéo, Gims or his close friend Slimane.
However, Vitaa does not forget Diam, aka Mélanie Georgiades, who brought her success. Vitaa, who was the guest of 50′ Inside on TF1 on Saturday, May 27, talked about their friendship into Nikos Aliagas’ microphone.
“He is my closest and most loyal friend and vice versa”explains the singer. “There isn’t a week we don’t write to each other. And then we talk about this period, which has often become a bit of a classic because people always talk to me about “Confessions”.it adds.
“What does it tell you today? Out of the light, out of show business, made your life as a mother. But when you become a mother, you are in the light”, asks Nikos Aliagas.
“It could separate us”, admits Vitaa before adding this “What binds us together is what we are. Both as human beings, as mothers, and as women. And above all, a bond. Today we share more in the light but the strongest, namely life. A mother’s life, a woman’s life”.
Vitaa, their “children grew up together”
“We finally realized that it’s not the music that binds us together. Even though we always talk and laugh about this time,” she adds.
Nikos then asks if Diam has talked to him about his music. “He’s aware of everything, but frankly, that’s not what we share. We have a lot to catch every time” ! he finishes.
