Christine eliminated from Koh-Lanta: "I knew you’d fall on me"

Despite her determination, Christine’s torch was extinguished Tuesday evening. He relies on his adventurous journey…

What were your motivations for joining Koh-Lanta?

Christina: It was a challenge that was close to my heart for a long time, it was now or never, I didn’t want to regret it.

Did you have any concerns before going to the Philippines?

No, I was so happy that I had the chance to be selected that I didn’t ask myself any questions.

You highlight the chance to be selected from thousands of applications, what do you think about Benjamin’s abandonment last week?

This is always difficult for the audience to understand, but on the adventurous side we are more forgiving. While personally the verb to give up isn’t part of my vocabulary, it’s true that he chained the hard blows with the problem in his ear and felt lonely even after Tania left.

Have you set a goal for yourself before you go?

For most of the candidates, the final and the queues seem so far away that you don’t think about it when you start the game. All I hoped for was not to be eliminated first.

Did you have a specific strategy to progress in the game?

None (laughs). Anyway, from the moment you express an opinion, it can be considered a strategy. I was going step by step, I thought more about being involved in the camp and activities. I’m not a strategist and I didn’t want to change for the game.

How did you experience this advice right after the immunity test?

We suspected that the council would happen quickly as we were told to get our stuff before the exam. I knew it would fall on me. I could have adopted an upward strategy with Tania, but it was not in my nature to cry or want anything. If I had stayed in the old red tribe, I think my adventure could definitely have had another outcome.

How do you respond to adventurers who justify your elimination by pointing out your “oppressive” behavior?

I was able to give thoughts but it didn’t bother them that they came from an old yellow… It’s fair game to justify eviction.

How was your return to France after 18 days of adventures?

It was a little complicated. I had lost 6 kilos, I was very tired and a little sensitive. I wasn’t sad to leave, but I felt like crying for nothing. I think there must be a lot of repressed emotions (laughs).
