Hailey Bieber wears shorts in LA after squelching rumors of feud with Selena Gomez

Founder of Rhode Skins Hailey Bieber, 26, rocked the perfect spring outfit while downing a green smoothie in West Hollywood on March 28. During the sunny outing, the blonde paired an oversized leather jacket with a pair of white shorts. The fashionista completed the revealing look with silver sneakers, a crop top, mini sunglasses and gold hoop earrings. Hailey appeared to be on her juice trip as she was also seen talking on the phone about her.

The 26-year-old’s departure comes just four days after her e Justin Bieberformer, Selena Gomez, 30, squashed their feud via Instagram Stories, once and for all. On March 24, the Rare Beauty founder used her Instagram story to reveal to fans that Hailey “contacted” her after receiving “death threats” over the speculated drama. “Hailey Bieber reached out to me and told me she has received death threats and a lot of hateful negativity,” Selena wrote. “This is not what I stand for. No one should feel hateful or bullying. I’ve always stood for kindness and I really want this to stop.”

After Selena posted this message to her 405 million followers, Justin’s wife publicly thanked him for his attempt to get Selena’s fans to stop spreading negativity. “I want to thank Selena for speaking up as she and I have been discussing for the past few weeks about how to move past this ongoing narrative between her and I,” Hailey wrote last week. “The last few weeks have been very difficult for everyone involved and millions of people are seeing so much hate surrounding this which is extremely damaging. While social media is an amazing way to connect and build community, moments like this only create extreme divisions rather than bringing people together.”

“Things can always be taken out of context or interpreted differently than intended,” Hailey continued. “We all need to be more careful about what we post and what we say, myself included. In the end, I believe love will always be greater than hate and negativity, and there’s always an opportunity for us to encounter more empathy and compassion.” The Disney Channel alum also started following Hailey on Instagram to send a message to her fans that all is well between them.

Leaving aside Selena vs. Model and influencer Hailey showed off the black backless dress on her Instagram on March 27 as she got ready for the Rhode Skin Canada launch. “We are preparing to launch @rhode Canada tomorrow!!!!!! 🇨🇦,” she captioned the carousel of photos of her drinking a latte. Hailey and Selena’s ex tied the knot in 2018, shortly after the ‘Peaches’ hitmaker and the 30-year-old actress last split. Back then, Selena’s fan base continued to criticize Hailey, leading to the aforementioned statements from both parties.
