Shannen Doherty, Rose McGowan and Holly Marie Combs came together for a nostalgic panel discussion at a special meeting over the weekend.
Attendees of the nostalgic ’90s Con convention were mesmerized to see several Charmed stars reunited over the weekend. Although Alyssa Milano did not come, she celebrated this moment from afar.
In an Instagram post on Sunday, the actress joined the fun by posting a photo of event co-stars Shannen Doherty, Rose McGowan and Holly Marie Combs: “Makes me happy for Charmed fans. What a great gift!”

The three actresses who play the Halliwell sisters on the show are joined by their colleagues Brian Krause (Leo), Dorian Gregory (Darryl) and Drew Fuller (Chris).
Published from 1998 to 2006, “Charmed” described the adventures of the witch sisters Prue, Piper and Phoebe Halliwell. Shannen Doherty left the series in season 3, and Rose McGowan took on the role of Halliwells half-sister Paige for the next four seasons.
The series was infamous for the tension that began on set between Shannen Doherty and Alyssa Milano, but the latter said their relationship has improved in recent years. In 2021, Alyssa Milano admitted she was “proud of Charmed” but still regretted how she handled frictions during production.
“I can take responsibility for much of the tension we go through, feeling like I’m in competition rather than the fraternity the show is all about.”, Alyssa Milano told Entertainment Tonight. “I feel a little guilty for playing a part in this.”
Alyssa Milano also said that Shannen Doherty’s breast cancer diagnosis in 2015 prompted her to reach out to her former teammate. “I respect him”said the old starMadame is served”. “She is a wonderful actress who loves her family very much and I wish I had felt strong enough to understand that at the time.”
