Back to the Future’s Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, Lea Thompson and Tom Wilson reunite

More than 37 years after the publication of the original Back to the Future Movie stars Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, Lea Thompson and Tom Wilson reunited at Fan Expo Portland over the weekend.

Thompson, who played the role of Lorraine in the first two films in the franchise, shared a selfie with Fox, Lloyd and Wilson on Instagram.

“Wow, I really had the best time today with my #bttf family,” Thompson wrote alongside the photo. “So many fun fan moments and a llama,” she added.

Thompson also shared videos, one with Lloyd playing eccentric scientist Dr. Emmett “Doc” Brown starred in the franchise. “Look who’s here. Look what the cat dragged in,” said a smiling Thompson.

Fox, who starred as time traveler Marty McFly, posted photos of his former cast members on his Instagram story.

“I love attending these FanExpo events and seeing some of my favorite people like Lea, Tom, Chris and all you #bttf fans. Difficult,” he wrote.

Wilson, who starred as Biff Tannen, also shared a selfie of the four with the caption: “Okay, so that’s what happened. 2023”

“I’m an ass, right?” Thompson asked Wilson in one of her videos, referencing the classic insult of his character from the movies. Wilson then channeled his character, gently punching Thompson on the head and playfully asking, “Hello, is anyone home?”

back to the future, directed by Robert Zemeckis, premiered in 1985, followed by Back to the Future Part II 1989 & Back to the Future Part III in 1990.
