‘RHOSLC’ star Jen Shah surrenders to prison to serve 78-month sentence: ‘I have to pay for the bad decisions I made’

Jen Shah, Bravo Star The Real Housewives of Salt Lake Citysurrendered to prison after pleading guilty to a telemarketing scam scheme that defrauded people out of their money.

“I surrender today to serve a sentence in a federal prison,” read a statement on Shah’s Instagram account. “This is the price I have to pay for the bad decisions I made. People were hurt by my decisions. While in prison, I will work to make amends and be reconciled with the victims of my crime.”

Shah will serve a 78-month sentence for her involvement in the fraud scheme.

“As time passes, I pray that people will judge me by how I responded to this punishment and not just by the decisions that landed me in prison,” Shah continued in his statement. “I will publish my work and make the road transparent and invite others to hold me accountable. I am an advocate for earning freedom, and I will work towards that goal by making amends to the people I have hurt.

The day Shah reported to prison, iHeart announced the fourth season of queen of the con Podcast will focus on the reality star. Fans of Bravo’s reality series were left without Shah’s side of things when the TV personality turned down an offer to join the series. RHOSLC See you again in season 3 and also turned down an interview with Andy Cohen.

“I will not do the 1-1 with Andy Cohen and Bravo as they are unwilling to remove contractual terms that would allow the network to legally misrepresent me and my story on any issue before and during my participation not,” Shah said in a statement. January 2023.
