Clare died suddenly on Saturday, and politicians and public figures rushed to offer their condolences to the politician.

Confirming Clare’s death, a Welsh Government spokesperson said: “It is with deep sadness that we acknowledge the sudden death of the Prime Minister’s wife, Clare Drakeford. The thoughts of all members of the Welsh Government are with their families at this time and we are asking.” to respect their privacy.”
Mark and Clare were married in 1977 and had three children together.
The Welsh Labor Party leader has often kept his private life out of the limelight, but announced in 2020 that he is isolating himself from him and his elderly mother as they protect themselves during the coronavirus pandemic.
