The coming year will be anything but “business as usual” when it comes to aviation.
That’s because some of the most prestigious airlines are introducing brand new business class suites, in many cases equipped with shiny new aircraft. Here, respected frequent flyer website www.headforpoints.com presents the 10 new business class suites that frequent flyers are most looking forward to.
Rhys Jones, who helped compile the information, told MailOnline Travel: “Airlines around the world are rushing to introduce new business class seats as 2024 becomes the year airline passenger numbers return to pre-Covid levels . The crisis is recovering (and even surpassing it).

American Airlines – Flagship Suite
American Airlines is introducing two new business class suites coming to market in 2024 with new deliveries of the 787-9 Dreamliner (four images above) and the single-aisle Airbus A321XLR
American Airlinesheadforpoints.com notes, is introducing not one, but two new business class seats – both labeled Flagship Suite.
The website explains that they will be introduced this year on new deliveries of the 787-9 Dreamliner and the single-aisle Airbus A321XLR.
Features? ‘[They will] promote privacy doors, more personal storage and a chaise longue seating option,” says headforpoints.com.

Something else? A few things: The website adds that the Dreamliner Suite will have wood-look doors, marble-look tables and a color packet from a red literature bag.
Was excited. And that includes the insider from American Airlines — the world’s largest airline by fleet size — who told us he got a first look at the suite and it was “fantastic.”

Japan Airlines is adding Airbus A350-1000s to its fleet and introducing an all-new Business Class that will feature the world’s first integrated audio entertainment without headphones.
Rhys said: “Japan Airlines is the first airline to introduce headphone-free in-seat audio entertainment.
“Custom speakers built into the headrest, combined with noise cancellation technology, ensure that every passenger can listen or watch their favorite entertainment without the hassle of headphones or earphones.” “That’s a feature I’d like to try.”
The seats are offered in a 1-2-1 configuration and also feature 24-inch 4K screens.
Fly Dubai
FlyDubai’s new 737 Max business class seats are “impressive”, says headforpoints.com
According to headforpoints.com, FlyDubai is “making its first foray into all-aisle business class seating with the introduction of a stunning cabin on its upcoming Boeing 737 Max aircraft.”
The website adds: “The chairs are made of a beautiful coral fabric with sand-colored edges and silver edging reminiscent of the deserts of the United Arab Emirates.”
Air New Zealand – Business Premier seat
Air New Zealand ditches its Virgin Atlantic-style herringbone seats in favor of suites with adjustable privacy screens
This year, Air New Zealand will receive brand new Dreamliners, which will feature new business class seats that will replace the Virgin Atlantic-style herringbone seats, according to headforpoints.com.
The website continues: “The premium aircraft will feature 42 business premier seats and eight business premier luxury suites with even more personal space and legroom, as well as the ability to dine together.”
