A walk through El Antiguo, the city’s oldest quarter

Bordered by El Peine del Viento at one end and Pico del Loro at the other, El Antiguo is San Sebastian’s oldest neighborhood. It has many personalities and without losing its essence, its streets offer the best gastronomy alongside traditional shops.

Additionally, we will find the Episcopal Seminary building, which is the most important, impressive and remarkable building in the neighbourhood.

Don’t miss one of the most emblematic places in the city: the Wind Comb

Whether you’re a fan of Eduardo Chillida’s work or not, Wind Comb is one of the must-visit in the city. Located at the end of Playa de Ondarreta, three rusty steel sculptures set on various rocks turn photos into postcards.

The sound produced by the power of the waves and the wind (and thanks to a system at the bottom of the promenade with the holes through which the water is expelled) fills the place with magic.

A walk in La Concha, one of the basic plans

Visiting San Sebastián and not wandering around La Concha is like going to Paris and not admiring the Eiffel Tower. The walk over a kilometer ends at Mirarar Palace. Its famous white balustrade, accompanied by electric poles, is one of the city’s most legendary sights.

One of the best sunsets on top of Monte Igueldo

It’s always a good idea to climb Mount Igueldo by car or by funicular, the oldest in the Basque Country. It offers one of the best views in the city, as well as the most picturesque (and fun) Amusement Park. The sunsets here are the top honor, making it the best viewpoint in the city.

pintxos tour of the Old Town, absolute

It is impossible to visit San Sebastián without a good tour of the pintxo bars in the Old Town. These little treats offer a wide variety of delicious suggestions to satisfy our taste buds. Additionally, depending on the day (and time zone), we can choose a pintxo-pote (pintco) and a fixed price drink.
