Aspiring chef Tilly Ramsay showed off her abs during a gruelling Pilates session in London on Wednesday, switching up her usual running regime for a low-impact workout.

The 24-year-old finished her morning exercise routine with a sauna and steam at the ALO Wellness Club in London.

She displayed her figure in £120 pale blue workout gear from ALO, paired with the brand's black and white socks.

The workout session came as her father, celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, revealed he plans to go into business with her after she proved she could stand on her own two feet during culinary school training.

Gordon, 59, who shares six children with his wife Tana, praised Tilly's palate and hinted at a future father-daughter commercial partnership.

Pilates and endurance fitness

Tilly shares her passion for fitness and food on Instagram, frequently posting videos of her exercise regime and cooking for her followers.

Pilates is a low-impact exercise system focusing on core strength, flexibility, posture, and body alignment through controlled movement patterns.

Earlier this year, Tilly completed her first-ever London Marathon, finishing the 26.2-mile race in four hours and one minute.

The London Marathon is one of the world's premier road races, drawing tens of thousands of participants to run across the capital every spring.

Her athletic achievements also extend to endurance sports alongside her parents. In October last year, Tilly beat both her dad Gordon and mum Tana in the Iron Man after completing the 70.3-mile course.

A half-Ironman triathlon requires athletes to navigate a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile cycle, and a 13.1-mile run, covering a total distance of 70.3 miles.

Culinary training and business plans

Alongside her fitness commitments, Tilly has been pursuing professional culinary training. She trained at the prestigious Ballymaloe Cookery School, an internationally recognized culinary academy situated in Ireland.

Speaking to the Daily Mail at the launch of his new Krude olive oil, Gordon insisted that business today is tough, but Tilly is worth investing in after proving her independence.

Gordon said: "Tilly is finally following in my footsteps, one of my six are keen to get into it, I've got a police officer, commander, fashionista, Tills is out and about finally."

He added: "She was actually part of the blind taste test with the Krude olive oil, she has a really good palate."

Asked whether he would ever consider going into business with the budding chef, Gordon acknowledged the demanding commercial landscape.

Gordon said: "A father daughter duo, honestly it's a tough one."

He added: "Business today is tough everywhere is feeling it. It is a smart concept but yeah I would look at investing in her."

Gordon admitted he felt mixed feelings when she chose to study elsewhere, but respected her decision.

He said: "I was impressed with her graduating university but I was sad to be honest with you."

He added: "I think I was sad in one sense but incredibly respectable in another because she wanted to be taught by someone else."

Gordon emphasized that none of his children receive automatic privileges in his commercial kitchens.

He said: "I made it clear on day one with the kids around the restaurants that they couldn't think they could walk in there and start working."

He added: "They have to climb that five metre board, 10 metre and earn their way. Even though it is a kick in the b*******s I'll take it."

Family bond and shared passion

Tilly also spoke to the Daily Mail during the lavish Krude launch party, explaining that she has loved sharing a culinary passion with her father and is grateful for his support.

Before prioritizing her culinary work, Tilly gained public prominence as a contestant on the BBC television show Strictly Come Dancing, a celebrity dance competition pairing public figures with professional ballroom dancers.

Reflecting on her career path, Tilly described the positive dynamic she shares with her father.

Tilly said: "It's really lovely following in his footsteps when you've got a shared passion with someone it can either go one way or another but it's really lovely and we bounce off each other."

She noted that both of her parents offer guidance as she plans her future projects.

Tilly said: "He's great for advice in so many ways and so is mum, who is a passionate foodie as well. I'm really lucky to be able to talk to them about what I do and my plans for the future and I'm grateful for their support."

The former Strictly star added that food remains central to their family connection.

Tilly said: "Food brings us together as a family and we've shared amazing times around the dinner table at home and we're very lucky."
