Reality television personality Sam Thompson was spotted enjoying a water sports beach day in Marbella, Spain, with his girlfriend Talitha Balinska on Friday.
The 33-year-old former Made in Chelsea star showed off his physique in patterned swim shorts while taking part in various activities along the shores of the Mediterranean resort town.
Balinska, an influencer and DJ, wore a cobalt blue bikini as the couple spent time together on the beach and in the water.
The couple, who began dating in September, appeared happier than ever during their outing in Spain. Thompson displayed his athletic frame while taking part in the beachfront activities, cementing his status as a popular media personality.
Water sports on the Spanish coast
During their beach day, the couple ventured into the sea for a series of water sports. Both Thompson and Balinska put on protective helmets and life jackets before hopping onto high-speed inflatables.
Surrounded by fellow holidaymakers, the pair posed for photographs on the shore. Thompson and Balinska gave thumbs-up gestures to the camera, with Balinska pulling a playful pout before heading into the waves.
Prior to embarking on the water sports, Balinska was seen walking along the sand and removing her jewellery to prepare for the sea activities.
The duo teetered on various water inflatables, which left Thompson bursting into peals of laughter as they struggled to maintain balance on the waves.
At one point during the activities, Balinska risked losing her footing on the inflatable before regaining her balance. Thompson threw himself full force into all the water sports on offer throughout the afternoon.
Following their time on the water inflatables, Balinska cooled off under an outdoor beach shower. Her figure was on full display as she enjoyed a dip in the sea after the activities.
The group of holidaymakers had a wild time together throughout their beach excursion in Marbella.

Thompson and Balinska first made their relationship public when Thompson confirmed they were dating in early December. Balinska, 25, works as a social media influencer and disc jockey.
In February, Thompson revealed details about a milestone in their relationship during a conversation with his friend and podcast co-host Pete Wicks. Thompson disclosed that he told Balinska he was in love with her while they were sitting together on the sofa.
Speaking to Wicks about the moment, Thompson admitted that he had known how he felt for a bit before confessing his feelings to her.
The relationship follows Thompson's high-profile split from media personality Zara McDermott in 2024. The former couple had been together for five years before parting ways.
McDermott subsequently began dating former One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson. McDermott confirmed her relationship with Tomlinson last year, posting official photographs on Instagram after weeks of public speculation.
Response to radio listener question
Earlier this year, Thompson addressed his ex-girlfriend's new relationship during a live radio broadcast after inviting listeners to ask him questions on air.
A listener named Holly called into the show and asked Thompson a direct question regarding his former partner and the pop star.
Holly asked: "How do you feel about playing the song from One Direction, Steal My Girl, knowing that one of the 1D boys did actually steal your girl?"
The question initially left Thompson speechless, resulting in several seconds of silence on air before he recovered to answer the caller.
Thompson replied: "Holly, I am live on air! How do I feel? First of all, and I mean this when I say it, it's a brilliant song. I still listen to it on the tube."
He continued: "I know that sounds weird, but I listen to it on the tube all the time. I don't actually feel weird about it because I feel quite happy as long as everyone else is happy."
Thompson expressed good wishes for both McDermott and Tomlinson, stating that he harbors no ill feelings regarding the situation.
He added: "I think everyone has found their person, and I think that's really, really nice. And I've actually met said guy, and he seems like a really nice dude, so I feel pretty good about it, to be fair. And it is an absolute banger. Everyone is looking for love, you know."
