Ten-day wellness resort packages for two people in the Caucasus Mineral Waters region will cost between 90,000 and 150,000 rubles in the second half of September, according to the Association of Tour Operators of Russia.
The pricing figures, published on the industry organization's website, apply to autumn health trips and exclude travel costs to and from the region.
Sanatorium rates across resort towns
Prices vary depending on the chosen resort facility and location. A ten-day stay at the Lesnaya Polyana sanatorium in Pyatigorsk starts from 88,300 rubles. A package at the Victoria sanatorium in Yessentuki costs 104,400 rubles, while accommodation at the Moskva sanatorium in Kislovodsk reaches 128,700 rubles.
Tour operator Alean noted that prices in the budget segment have risen by an average of 10 to 15 percent over the past year. The price increases are particularly noticeable in Kislovodsk, where health resort tariffs are consistently closer to the upper price limit.

Caucasus Mineral Waters is a historic resort region situated in Stavropol Krai in southern Russia, nestled along the northern slopes of the Caucasus Mountains. The area comprises prominent spa towns including Pyatigorsk, Yessentuki, and Kislovodsk, which are widely recognized for their mineral springs, balneotherapy facilities, and natural microclimates. In Russian leisure travel, sanatoriums function as specialized health resorts where vacationers receive prescribed medical therapies alongside lodging and daily meals.

The announcement follows recent pricing updates for alternative health resort destinations available to Russian travelers. Vacationers were previously offered stay and treatment packages at sanatoriums in Belarus starting from 60,000 rubles for two people, an amount that covers accommodation, three daily meals, and medical care.
