Police in New Jersey are searching for a naked man riding an electric bicycle who has terrorised residents across park trails in Readington.
The New York Post reported that the unidentified cyclist has alarmed local community members by repeatedly appearing without clothing in unexpected public locations around the town.

Local residents said the man frequently rides along pedestrian pathways in park zones near Readington on an e-bike. Dissatisfied townspeople have filed numerous reports with municipal authorities and law enforcement officers, but police have so far failed to locate or detain the mysterious rider.
A Readington resident recently managed to photograph the elusive nudist during an encounter on a trail. The image shows that the cyclist is an elderly man wearing a T-shirt and a bicycle helmet, but no pants or underwear.
Community response and police search
Town officials and police officers have asked Readington residents to report every sighting of the naked cyclist immediately to help authorities establish his identity as quickly as possible.
Readington Township is located in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, featuring extensive acreage dedicated to local parks, nature reserves, and multi-use recreational trail networks. Public parks across New Jersey are subject to municipal codes that prohibit public nudity and indecent exposure in shared community spaces.
Electric bicycles use integrated electric motors to assist riders, enabling travel at higher speeds than standard bicycles across paved paths and unpaved park routes. Silent motor operation and rapid mobility on trail networks often complicate law enforcement efforts to intercept suspect vehicles quickly.
Similar incidents of public exposure
The report follows another recent incident of public nudity, in which 12 men staged a naked run through an upscale district in Gold Coast, Australia. Eyewitnesses in Australia suggested that the participants were attendees celebrating at a bachelor party.
