Pluz Energía has scheduled new power outages across Lima and Callao from Wednesday, August 5, to Friday, August 7, 2026, the company said. The cuts are for maintenance and intervention work on the electrical grid and will reach areas of San Juan de Lurigancho, Puente Piedra, Bellavista, Carabayllo and Rímac.
Outage times vary by sector and will last from a few hours up to about eight hours in some cases. Pluz asked customers to check the schedule for their sector and take the necessary precautions.
Pluz advised residents to take preventive measures during the interruptions to electrical service in Lima and Callao.
Outages on Wednesday, August 5
- Lima Cercado (12 a.m.-6 a.m.): Abancay Avenue (blocks 7 and 8), Nicolás de Piérola Avenue (blocks 14 and 15), Ayacucho Street (block 8), Inambari Street (block 7), Santa Catalina Street (block 6) and Puno Street (blocks 4, 5 and 6).
- Callao (8 a.m.-6 p.m.): Las Azucenas, Los Geranios, Las Margaritas, Las Rosas, Los Lirios, Los Gladiolos and Los Tulipanes streets, plus 2nd Street, A Street, Corpac Avenue and the Faucett auxiliary road.
- San Martín de Porres (8:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.): the California housing development and the Brisas de Santa Rosa, Virgen del Carmen, Los Portales de Santa Rita, Las Casuarinas de Santa Rosa and Los Robles de Santa Rosa associations.
- Rímac (8 a.m.-7 p.m.): the Municipal No. 3 Committee 13 settlement and the Flor de Amancaes sector.
- Los Olivos (7 a.m.-7 p.m.): the entire Pro Lima housing development.
- San Juan de Lurigancho (9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.): the Jorge Basadre Association, the Mariscal Andrés Avelino Cáceres settlement, the La Huayrona, San Carlos and San Gabriel developments, Jorge Basadre Este Avenue (block 6), Santa Rosa Avenue (block 23) and Los Asbestos Street (block 6).

How to download a copy of your bill
Pluz customers can download a copy of their bill through the company's Client Portal or its mobile app. To receive it monthly by email, they must activate the Digital Receipt option and log in with their account. From the app, customers only need to register their supply number, go to My Billing, select View Receipt and download the document. A physical copy is issued only at service centers when it is needed for an official procedure.
Where to find your client number
The client number identifies the electrical service user and is often requested for inquiries or procedures. It appears on the right side of the bill, inside a highlighted box. It can also be checked through the company's mobile app or on its website, in the section explaining how to read the electricity bill.
