American singer Miley Cyrus has announced her tenth studio album, titled Bass Persuades, which will be released on September 18.
The upcoming release will be accompanied by two promotional concerts at the historic Hollywood Bowl outdoor amphitheater in Los Angeles on October 16 and October 18.
The record consists of ten songs and features collaborations with American singer and songwriter Andrew Wyatt, the vocalist for Miike Snow, as well as the rock band Model/Actriz.

In a statement shared on her Instagram account on Tuesday, Cyrus said the album was full of emotion and moved her, explaining that it encompassed everything in between. She added that this spectrum of feeling represented what the title meant to her, and expressed her gratitude to fans for being part of making her wildest dreams come true.
Cyrus also reflected on the venue chosen for her promotional shows, describing the Hollywood Bowl as her favorite place to enjoy music and watch her favorite artists. She noted that despite having sat in the audience on many occasions, she had never performed on its stage, adding that Los Angeles was her heart and she was bringing her music back home.

Venue History and Guest Artists
The Hollywood Bowl, situated in Los Angeles, California, is one of the most celebrated open-air music venues in the United States. Established in the 1920s, the amphitheater is famous for its natural acoustics and shell-shaped stage, having hosted prominent classical, jazz, and popular music artists for over a century.
Her featured collaborator Andrew Wyatt is a Grammy-winning producer and songwriter best known as the frontman for Swedish-American indie pop group Miike Snow. Joining him on the record is Model/Actriz, a Brooklyn-based rock group known for their energetic post-punk sound.

Coinciding with the album announcement, Cyrus has updated her social media profiles by removing her surname to be identified simply as Miley. The profile change marks the beginning of the promotional campaign as she prepares for the September album launch and her October performance dates.
