Former television presenter Marietta Chrousala has visited the ancient city of Ephesus, sharing photographs from the archaeological landmark and describing the experience as unforgettable.



Writing on Instagram, the former media personality posted images from the historic site, which was built at the crossroads between West and East, noting that she felt its history coming alive in front of her.

Chrousala stated in the caption of her post that a visit to Ephesus is more than a trip into history, describing it as a moment of standing in a location where stories, civilizations, and entire eras came alive thousands of years ago.



She added that walking through its ancient streets among imposing ruins allowed a visitor to almost feel the presence of the people who walked there before. She characterized the location as a place of matchless beauty, history, and timeless energy, concluding that Ephesus was truly unforgettable.

Ephesus is an ancient Greek and Roman city located in Asia Minor, near the Aegean coast in modern Turkey. Renowned for its well preserved theatre, the Library of Celsus, and the Temple of Artemis, the UNESCO World Heritage site is widely recognized as one of the most significant archaeological locations in the Mediterranean.




Chrousala is a former Greek television presenter and model who won the Star Hellas beauty pageant in 2003 and represented Greece at Miss Universe. She later hosted national television programs, including the morning broadcast I Ellada Paizei, before stepping back from regular hosting duties.
