Lisa Snowdon has said she feels "stronger mentally" after an emotional wellness retreat in Bali, which she went on following her split from fiancé George Smart after ten years together.
The television presenter and former model, 54, travelled to Bali for a women's-only yoga and pilates retreat to "reset," and kept fans updated throughout the trip. As she prepared to fly home on Thursday, she posted a set of highlights from the break, including a series of bikini pictures with friends.
Alongside the photos, Snowdon told fans: "wellness, for me, has never been about perfection. It's about connection."
"The women you meet, the conversations that stay with you, moving your body, slowing your mind, little soul searching, maybe a good old cry and sometimes having a cold beer barefoot on the beach," she wrote. "A bit of ritual, a bit of real life. That balance feels really good to me."
Bali wellness retreat
Snowdon thanked the retreat's organiser in her post, writing: "So grateful to @fiona.yoga for bringing us together and creating such a gorgeous community, for this stunning location here in Bali and for her experience and expertise in Pilates and Bikram yoga."
She ended the post by declaring: "I am feeling stronger mentally and physically and it's not over yet!"
Split from George Smart
Snowdon is yet to speak publicly about her split from Smart, but she has not been seen wearing her engagement ring for several weeks, and Smart has not appeared on her social media since January.
Snowdon and the entrepreneur first briefly dated 20 years ago, before reconnecting in 2014. They became engaged in 2016 after that reunion. The presenter had previously said she was in no hurry to marry Smart during their 12-year relationship.
Over the summer, Snowdon took solo trips and days out with her family and friends, and followers began to notice Smart's absence from her photos. When she shared a gallery of pictures with friends at Wimbledon, he was again nowhere to be seen. Some fans commented on the pattern, with one writing: "Oh no, no George again."

'A new chapter' at 54
In a recent interview with Prima magazine, Snowdon said she sees this point in her life as a fresh start. "I'm 54 now and see this time in my life as a new chapter," she said. "It's important to reframe ageing in a more positive way."
She added: "It takes time for that readjustment to happen, but now I'm in this powerful place where it's about, 'What do I want? What do I need?'"
Snowdon said not having children made the transition easier for her than it might be for mothers with teenagers. "It's a powerful time for us to reconnect with ourselves and make big life changes," she said. "It's the second spring."
She also spoke about her career ambitions, saying she would love to take on another "big TV presenting gig," adding that she had not been offered the host role on Strictly Come Dancing.
