From the wolf to the dog, ideal to know its origins and evolution

There is some controversy surrounding the dog’s origins. On the one hand, the most recent studies confirm that the dog originated in Southeast Asia some thirty-three thousand years ago and that it descended from wild wolves. They claim that fifteen thousand years ago a population of them migrated to the Middle East, Africa and Europe, and only ten thousand years ago to the latter.

On the other hand, the most conservative studies claim that they come from wolves that European hunter-gatherers began to domesticate between thirty-two thousand one hundred and eighteen thousand eight hundred years ago. Be that as it may, we are dealing with the animal par excellence associated with the very evolution of man, so much so that we could say that its domestication is synonymous with our civilization.
