From 14 to 27 November, the restaurant “Konservatoriya”, overlooking the Kremlin and the Bolshoi Theatre, offers a seasonal menu from chef Andrey Nikitin. There are five truffle dishes to choose from: premium beef carpaccio and royal oyster mushrooms, black truffle pizza, truffle brie cheese bruschetta, and black truffle carbonara. And we recommend leaving room for the dessert – truffle cake (design and aesthetics, thought through to the smallest detail and emphasizing taste), served in the exquisite dishes of the legendary French porcelain manufacturer Bernardaud’s Prune et JR collection.
Meanwhile, Sergey Tashkinov, a sommelier, chose wines specifically for the seasonal menu dishes: Laforet Bourgogne Pinot Noir accompanying carpaccio, Fiano di Avellino and Feudi di San Gregorio on pizza, Riesling Nik Weis – on bruschetta, Gavi dei Gavi La Scolca – to the pasta, Porto Grahams LBV – to the author’s cake.
