Now a healthy 8lb 10th, with a BMI of 21.8 and a skinny size of 10/12, Alasdair was overjoyed when she decided to join him in August 2021, losing sixth place in just six months.

Recalling how she struggled with her weight as a child, Allison said, “I’ve always been great. Always the tallest and fattest in school.
“My mom even took me to weight loss classes when I was younger. I was so embarrassed and never stuck to the plan.
“I’ve been to probably every weight loss club out there over the years. I always lost weight and then went back to my normal diet and got it all back.
When he finally joined WW, his weight hit rock bottom, saying it really affected his mood and hurt his confidence.

Alison lost weight slowly as she couldn’t exercise due to MS, but she never gained weight after she started eating healthy.
He also had days when he felt fit and healthy, while on other days his MS meant he couldn’t get out of bed, and his abused self-esteem and poor body image increased because he was high, making everything more difficult. feeling fat.
She explained: “I realized that if I continued this way, I would have a heart attack and would never see our baby grow. I just wanted to be healthier”.
Allison threw herself into the plan, buying books with new healthy recipes and making vegetable-packed meals for herself.
Although she lost weight gradually due to MS, she was unable to combine diet with rigorous exercise, but in over three years she was never able to gain weight according to plan.

She was thrilled when she decided to go on a diet with him in August 2021 because that meant she only had to cook one meal a night.

“The things we ate, the junk food made us feel very tired. We’re much happier and fitter now, and that’s great for Jacob, too.

Alasdair joined World War II last summer after the success of his wife and the embarrassing incident at a carnival.

Now a 34-inch waist, Alasdair has started running and cycling 5Ks three times a week and still attends weekly WW meetings.

Despite being “skinny” as a young man, when he joined WW, years of unhealthy eating, bathing in high-calorie alcoholic beverages had taken its toll on Alasdair, who has a 42-inch waist and a BMI of 35.8. makes him obese.
“I saw how successful Allison was, but at first I was a little afraid of dieting because I thought I’d have a hard time cutting my portions and quitting drinking and stuff like that,” she said.
But losing 10.5 pounds in his first week encouraged Alasdair to keep him.

Allison before she lost weight with Jacob over Christmas. She said she was worried about setting a bad example for her son and was determined to make positive changes.
And before long, she even attended meetings on topics like eating more during her period.
He stuck to the plan, quit alcohol, sodas, convenience foods, and started the bank with the 5K app.

Now a 34-inch waistline, Alasdair has started running and pedaling 5K three times a week.
In just 25 weeks, she reached her target weight of 13 12 pounds and brought her BMI to a healthy 24.9.
The couple has lost a staggering 14°10lbs together and both maintain their weight while continuing to attend weekly WW meetings.
