Journey through non-banal Asia with a stop in Europe: what to try from the new Yakitori menu

Spring is the time of renewal. Recently Yakitoriya presented a special offer – Spring Travel Menu.

Brand chef Stanislav Bakharovsky has prepared 17 new dishes with delivery that you can try in all restaurants.

The menu is divided into countries, both visually and conceptually, to exactly match the name of the project. Basically, this is a trip through nondescript, interesting, trendy Asia. With a short break in Europe.

A box of rolls with salmon appeared on the special offer; in addition to the delicate taste, the dish has an unusual serving. Scallop Rolls and Baked Eel Roll are in trendy Peruvian style, with special attention to sauces. Those who like to eat with their hands will love the three hand pastry options: crab, salmon and tuna.

A very “European” deviation from the route is so-called Yakitor pies. Crispy wheat bread stuffed with eel or salmon of your choice. Also, green salad can be attributed to Europe – a vegetarian’s dream (greens, cheese, nuts).

Of course, the spring menu includes soup (with noodles and seafood), a few salads (with duck and eggplant), and hot dishes (shrimp with lemongrass, Asian flounder, and chicken noodles).

Interested? Then now is the time to book a table.
