Working as a real estate agent can’t be easy.

The industry can be competitive with many agents often failing.

However, if you do it right, it’s definitely worth it.

Now a guy has revealed the secrets of the industry in a long post on Reddit calling Londoners “legitimate idiots”.

He wrote: “It is becoming impossible to have a life in London and do things!

“And I hate it when people say ‘oh, this is London, it’s going to be expensive!’ Kiss my ass ! I know it is.

While living in London can be quite expensive (as many of us already know), working as a real estate agent is something else entirely.

He added: “I’ve been in the business for 8 years and all I can say is yes, they’re all idiots.

“The average negotiator receives a base salary of between £ 12,000 and £ 18,000 (depending on experience).

“And they have to struggle to supplement their monthly income. Companies turn people into cynical agents. “

He also said agents target those they think will be the best tenants for their properties because they represent the owners.

The man continued: “Real estate managers, I would say you can do it harder!

“Imagine having to explain to a homeowner with a £ 20 million wallet that he has to exchange the washing machine for £ 200.”

As he walked away from the owners, the man turned his attention to the block administrators he called useless.

His tirade continued: “All they do is swerve and postpone the lease. Don’t take a management company and pay their taxes.

“No sense. Need a new roof for a block? Ask 5 roofers to check it yourself.

“They are probably just trying to use the funds because there have been no jobs in years!

“Overall, this city fears people’s lives. The quality of life sucks. “

Reddit users were quick to comment on the post as it garnered over 3,200 positive votes and nearly 600 responses.

One said, “Well done to get rid of that awful colleague.”

Another added, “Haha I couldn’t say it better on my own.”

While a third commented: “Well written man, I can’t wait to read your other works in the future”.
