Many in the comments were impressed by the simple trick calling him “genius”, others shared their grocery shopping tips, while others wondered if it was “unhygienic”.

The third said, “I keep the bags in the trunk of my car, so I load them in the car without the bags and then pick them up when I load them in my car.”

However, some questioned whether customers are allowed to take bags from the recycling center and whether it is “unhealthy”.

“Well, I don’t think I can use bags that I don’t know who was used last or what’s inside. This is a good idea,” someone wrote.

One second said, “I didn’t think we could take our bags there,” said another, and another said, “The next episode looks illegal, but it’s not…”

“These are the bags I use to collect dog poop, rinse, and dispose of in a separate collection at Woolies,” warned the fourth.
